Feel like I should put more effort into the sex scenes, but I don't want to lose the thread of the plot, such as it is.
Even by the standards of this story, the Looseleaf track isn't terribly popular - I think maybe the format confuses folks - but I'm enjoying playing with different characters and expanding on what's happening from a different perspective. If I had to do it all again, I might rewrite it differently. But going to continue onward for now.
Going through the chapters and making notes for better consistency and notice I need to do a little clean up. Not a lot, just some little things that crept in I missed. Hard to proofread your own work and all that.
I know there hasn't been a lot of sexy times in the last couple chapters, and I will work to add more soon. Just got wrapped up in moving the plot forward a little.
In hindsight, there was probably a better way to handle the second path, but I'm sticking with what I've got so far.
Kind of tricky to hit that correct mixture of sensitively trying to figure out the emotional parameters of relationships and hardcore fucking, but I think it's going okay.
Debating the merits of filling in the secondary track for some of the earlier chapters, maybe with some tertiary characters. Still have a lot of ideas for the world and setting beyond the farm.
Taking a day or two to do some outlining. I'd like to do a little more plotting and a little less pantsing, and there will be a continuation of secondary storylines for a few chapters. Bear with me.
