I love writing, and writing socially with other people, especially the depraved and kinky stuff that we can come up with between us - unfortunately, my flow of RP partners has run dry from my current place of residence, being Blue Moon Roleplaying, hence I'm coming back to CHYOA to write those ideas I just can't get any takers for. So, I have to ask, being in the same vein of writing, are there any RP platforms you'd recommend to satisfy my thirst for depravity?
F-List is both the best and worst space for roleplay. You can find pretty much everything under the sun there, from vanilla to questionable and short-form or novella length posts. The downside to it is it's more quantity over quality and reliant on both making an enticing profile to people, as well as actually making the effort to approach said people. It isn't uncommon to meet people who have zero reading comprehension, but overall it's worth it for that diamond in the rough. I'd say it's by far the largest roleplay community as well. It's also a lot more involved than other, purely text-based roleplaying spaces where you might simply post an ad or listing and wait for a bite. At least if you want better 'chances'.
F-list is good and bad in ways. But also harbors some very, very, annoying people who won't leave you alone. I think that's true everywhere, but it's one of the worst ones for that. I removed my account from it though a few days ago for other reasons. Obviously a lot of rp places exist, but internally I can't name all of them or where they are as terminally online as I am.
