    The Black Heart, ██████
    ████, 1970 █████████
█, Codenamed Saffron, meeting with ███████

Agent Saffron frowns, looking around the crowded room. The Black Heart, an ultramodern palace nestled in a confidential location in the middle of the desert, is neutral ground for spies, mercenaries and gangsters of all sorts, but though the mysterious host guarantees the safety of all who come here, it's generally best to make your stay short. Ignoring the moans of pleasure from the next room and refusing a drink from a passing waiter, Saffron approaches her target. "You have it?" She asks the masked figure sitting at one of the booths.

"You have my money?" They ask, voice muffled and distorted.

"Forensic accountants caught on to some of our offshore accounts. I have most of it." Saffron answers, her full lips a straight line.

"Then you can work up the rest in kind. My room is upstairs - I'm sure you're already aware of which one."

Saffron resists the urge to roll her eyes. How is it that this business always comes back to sex? "Fine. But I want to see it first."

The faceless figure slides a Manila envelope across the tabletop. "There you are. All the relevant details I could find about this agent. Quite an impressive one, if you ask me."

Saffron ignores the unasked-for opinion, opening the folder and beginning to read.

This is for those who want to design their own agency rather than pick an existing one. Feel free to be creative and make whatever kind of organisation you want. The only real limit is that it should be the kind of organisation that has an international reach.

Organisation Logo: (Optional - can be an image or just a description)
    Name:
    Type:
    Resources:
(Organisations with more resources can obviously throw their weight around more, but the bigger an org is, the smaller and less important of a cog you are within it.)

    Assets and Liabilities:

Assets and Liabilities are traits, ancillaries and objects that make things easier or more difficult. Each asset and liability will either raise of lower your score. The final score should be zero.

You have free rein to make your own assets and liabilities - I'll let you know how much of a positive or negative score they'll have based on how beneficial or detrimental they are.

Shootist (+1) - You're either a combat veteran, or you've taken a lot of firearms training.
Blademaster (+1) - You're skilled with a knife, but only in matters of business
Fist Fighter (+1) - You know how to fight without a weapon
Deft Feet (+1) - You're good at sneaking around
Offshore Accounts (+1 for each account) - You have one or more sizeable supplies of money you can access independently and anonymously. This is your money, rather than cash given to you by your agency, so you can spend it freely, but these accounts can be discovered and frozen or stolen if you're not careful. Each account is separate, meaning that if one is compromised, the others remain safe.
Hidden Base (+2) - Secreted in an area you know well is an incredibly hard to find haven, where you can shake off any pursuers before hiding away safely.
Hidden Fortress (+3) - This haven is just as secret as the hidden base, but in case someone does find it, this one is equipped with all manner of silent alarms, cameras and death traps, turning any intruders literally into mincemeat.
Fame: (+1) - The world knows you as someone other than a spy. Maybe you're a politician, or an entertainer, or some kind of activist. Being recognisable can cause problems, but it's remarkably effective for getting excuses to go into hard to reach places, and gives you access to all manner of contacts.
Honeypot: (+3) - Most spies find getting laid pretty easy. You, however, know how to tease someone, make them obsess over you, want to please you, and eventually perhaps, even betray their cause for you.
Mentor: (+3) - The spy who handpicked, recruited and trained you has retired and now has a leadership role in the agency. Only the two of you know the specifics of your relationship
Polyglot (+1) - You can speak a multitude of languages - you're confident you'll know at least one language regardless of where you're posted.
Babel (+3) - Not only do you speak a multitude of languages, you're so fluent in all of them you can easily pass as a native speaker. Even locals have no idea you're a foreigner if you don't tell them.

Family: (+2) - You have a family. Maybe a child, maybe an elderly parent, maybe a brother and sister. Either way, they're a vulnerability. Your agency protects their identity and has someone watching over them, but nonetheless, they're a threat.
Civilian Love: (+1) - Against your better judgement, you met someone who isn't in the life and fell for them. You wish you could just forget them, but you just can't bring yourself to break it off. Trying to balance your love life with your job is stressful, and your beloved is potentially in danger.
Rival Love: (+3) - You did the most foolish thing one can do - you fell for a spy from a hostile agency.
Inter-agency Blackmail: (+2) - Maybe it was a screw up on the job, or something you weren't supposed to do outside of it, but you're being blackmailed by someone in your own agency.
Rival Blackmail: (+3) - An outside agency has dirt on you that could potentially cripple your career.
Perv: (+2) - You have an overactive libido and you're vulnerable to seduction. You have a hard time saying 'no' to anyone you find attractive, and don't think as clearly when you're horny.
Psycho: (+2) - You like to do things in a...less than discreet way. When you're stressed out on a mission, you sometimes lose control and go guns blazing.
Pacifist: (+2) - You hate violence, and aren't very good at hurting people.
Liar Liar: (+2) - Unlike most spies, you're just not that great at lying. Maybe you stammer and get nervous, or maybe you're just a bit too intense, but you suffer a malus when trying to lie.

Rival Blackmail: (+3) - An outside agency has dirt on you that could potentially cripple your career.
Double Agent: (+2) - You're a traitor to your organisation, working for someone else. Your life is a tense game of cat and mouse as you try not to get caught.
Triple Agent: (+3) - You're loyal to your organisation, but you're pretending to be a traitor gain intel on another agency. The stress is even higher - not only do you have the responsibilities of spycraft, you have to convince the other organisation you're truly on their other side, while not going too far and actually betraying your agency.
Manchurian Candidate: (+4) - Long ago, you were captured on a mission. They strapped you to a chair, overwhelming your senses with light and sound. Luckily, you managed to escape before they were able to do anything serious. If only these damn numbers would stop popping up in your head all the time...

    Personal Information:

    Name:
    Olena Stepanova
    Codename: "Vixen" = "Lysytsya"
    Gender: Female
    Age: 23
    Appearance/Pic:

Olena "Lysytsya" Stepanova taking a moment of levity with a comrade before beginning a politically deniable operation

Background: Olena Stepanova was taken in as an orphan in the Soviet Boarding School system, presumed to be a runaway from eastern Ukraine. She was noted as being sociable, athletic, and diligent, the only marks against her by the system being the occasional involvements in physical altercations. As she grew into a young woman, the system dryly noted her increasing interest in not just men, but almost anyone around her. State educators suspected that she had managed to gain access to illicit material that always seemed to circulate among the little black market maintained by the student body, exciting her imagination and filling her head with the increasing desire for "Free Love" from the West. However, despite it all, she was judged to be a Model Socialist, reveling in the collective feeling of being a member of Communist youth groups and participating in civil government programs to serve the State. The KGB got to her first.

Olena quickly proved she possessed a natural aptitude for the use of firearms and hand-to-hand fighting, revealing her father had been a veteran of the Second World War to her impressed instructors. She also proved she had a head for language, not only solidifying her grasp of Russian, but also the English tongue of their American and Commonwealth rivals. However, only a couple years into her time with the KGB, she was captured by West German Federal Intelligence Service (or the Bundesnachrichtendienst) while on a layover Ramstein to the United States, intercepted before she could begin her mission to infiltrate a Ukrainian separatist organization. The BND handed her over to the CIA, ensuring the KGB could not so easily regain their lost asset as the Western forces conspired to turn her against the Soviet Union.

Olena had been too young to learn or form strong opinions about Ukrainian statehood, her education within the State Boarding Schools tainted by misinformation about just how Ukraine had ended up under the auspices of a Russian-dominated Soviet Union. She was swiftly deprogrammed due to a mixture of exposure to the Holodomor and speaking with older Ukrainians who had escaped the Soviet Union. Turned by the CIA, Olena's "holding facility" in Germany was conveniently leaked to the KGB, who launched a rescue operation into the "compromised" facility to extract their asset with minimal overt action and no loss of life... Now the Vixen will need to choose her true allegiance.

Main area of operations: Kyiv, Ukraine
    Agency: KGB
    Real Agency: CIA

    Assets and Liabilities:
Perv: (+2) - You have an overactive libido and you're vulnerable to seduction. You have a hard time saying 'no' to anyone you find attractive, and don't think as clearly when you're horny.
Double Agent: (+2) - You're a traitor to your organization, working for someone else. Your life is a tense game of cat and mouse as you try not to get caught.

Polyglot (-1) - You can speak a multitude of languages - you're confident you'll know at least one language regardless of where you're posted.

    Asset and Liability Score:
    Perv (+2) Double Agent (+2) = 4 / Shootist (-1) Deft Feet (-1) Fist Fighter (-1) Polyglot (-1) = 0

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kinks: Non/dub con, BDSM, group sex, primal partners, musk, spanking, forced stripping, pretty much anything with power dynamics involved.
Banned Kinks: Anything involving bodily functions outside of reproduction, explicit depictions of hardcore torture, bloodplay, knifeplay, basically anything unsanitary and/or unenjoyable to the sub.

    Expectations:
As far as the non-sexual side of things are concerned, I think I'm good with anything and everything. I've developed Olena as more of a Metal Gear Solid/Splinter Cell kind of infiltrator/commando, rather than the disguise-savvy Agent 47/Hitman type. She can be as stealthy or badass as is required by the plot. Speaking of "plot," if it makes sense for a sex scene to occur, let's do it. However, I think the biggest advantage the "spy" theme has in erotic writing is the potential for temptation - that is, the danger of failure shouldn't just remain in the realm of physical threats, but also the temptation to fall, to fail, to submit. To that end, the Perv liability should definitely get a lot of use out of it, maybe represented by some dice rolls? However you want to handle it, I'm here for the ride.

Great character! Yeah, that's more or less what I was thinking with the perv liability. Opposed roles with a malus when someone's trying to seduce her - though of course it depends on her type

I'm currently doing the section chief sheet - just have to sort out some mechanical kinks. Hoping to have it finished sometime soon assuming nothing comes up irl. The first post of the game thread should be up soon after that.
