Hey folks, two of my adult subscriptions on SubscribeStar were shut down Friday, this was one of them. The other one posted that their account was blocked, yours may be too. In any case, please check, if your account wasn't blocked I do have the ability to re-enroll, it doesn't make any sense to do so if you have been demonetized there.
Hi there, Thanks for your message. Yes, unfortunately SubscribeStar can't process payments at the moment. They told me that they are trying to fix the problem, but they also told me that existing subscribers should be able to stay subscribed and still have access to all their perks. If there is an option that should work, you can try. If it doesn't work, we have to wait until they resolve it. Thanks for your support; it's much appreciated.
I tried resubscribing today. The option still doesn't work, but it does bring up the message that they (subscribestar) are working on the problem. I'll retry every couple of days and let you know if/when it's working again. Being this has been a problem for a week now one might begin to wonder about the sustainability of Subscribestar. They aren't making any money either and it's their issue.
Thanks a lot for trying again, and for checking back on it every couple of days. I really appreciate that. You may be right that, if this keeps dragging on, we may have to look for another solution. For now, I’m still hoping SubscribeStar gets it sorted out soon.
Hello, thought I would add to this. I realised I wasn't getting notifications for new posts, even though my access level said I should. I figured I would unsubscribe and try to re-subscribe, but SubscribeStar says your page doesn't exist! (how a page doesn't exist when I viewed it 10 minutes prior showing a heap of locked content posts, I don't know). Happy to go to any other support website, just can't see any direction/link on the main CHYOA page.
Still down as of 4/6. I have one other live subscription that is working correctly, the other one that went down the same time yours did decided to leave the platform. If you need help paying the server bill for the month let me know by PM,
