It’s telling me that I have a Message (a “1” near the word). But when I click on “Messages”, it will only tell me that none have been selected. Why can’t I just see it?!
That might be related to a spam message that has been deleted. Maybe @Friedman can have a closter look at it.
Thanks for reporting this! I had a closer look, and this can happen when the unread message counter gets out of sync with the actual message list, for example after a spam message or deleted conversation is cleaned up. That leaves the little “1” showing even though there isn’t an obvious conversation selected when you open Messages. I’ve put in a fix so the Messages page should now either open the unread conversation directly, or clear the stale counter if there isn’t one anymore. The mobile behavior should also be less confusing after that. Sorry for the annoyance. I know it’s frustrating to be told there’s a message and then not be able to see it.
