I'm curious if other people often get messages trying to get you to leave the website? I've had bots in the last try to sell me "art". I really dislike the AI Bots now because it seems like they are better at pretending to be human.
I started typing a reply and accidentally wrote "Friedban" instead of "Friedman", which is a nice Freudian slip, because that's exactly what he does when you report bots. You should name them.
KiaraJohn. Their messages seem AI generated. They reached out because they wanted to request something in my new story, but then asked me to switch to a different website or app to chat. I told them to request anything via messaging on chyoa. Their request just seemed like an AI summary of one of my chapters with weird additional descriptions.
I think I had one or two that did something like that, but they seemed to talk differently than how you described your encounter. The only thing that was similar was their drive to try and get me to talk off site which.... no. Course I've deleted the messages and put them on ignore so not really able to go back and double check.
