I will guess that it a goblin tending to those herb. Anyway I think we should head back to the voice, it seem more urgent and we can always come back here whenever we want.

 

Nice catch by Huginn, I forgot the lanterns were the sign I said to look for. Resource points are fair game for the Chosen. And I think they vanish when you leave? There’s no harm in taking them, so grab them and continue on.
