I think the story involved accidental nudity?

I remember reading a story where (I think): something causes a male character to be exposed in a hotel, eventually running into a woman who ten suffers her own wardrobe malfunction, which culminates in an accident where both of them end up having sex (originally unintended, but continue to do so after enjoying it). Then, I distinctly remember them getting walked in on by a group of women led by someone who is either the guy's boss, the woman's mother, or both. She then shames them and has them take a cold bath/shower. During said cleaning, she has one of the aforementioned other women from the group help clean the two, where she at one point slips and ends up dunking in the bathwater and giving the man an accidental underwater blowjob.

Does anyone here know what I'm talking about?
