A Tale from Horizon [Interest&OOC][CLOSED&CANCELLED]

So, quick question, as I'm filling in some details of Paradico here. I'm assume that Doctor Drew as been on Paradico for a bit, long enough to establish some contacts to get the supplies he needs for his clients, and he's going to visit them right now for his reagents and testing equipment in the depths of the station. Is that a fair assumption to make? And can I make my own prices for these things?

 

Sure, if you want. You can have this assumption and be able to navigate the Underworld.

No, you cannot. You're only able to get what I think the vender is able to sell and at the base price provided by the documents. You can negotiate for lower prices

 

The same would go for a hotel suite too?

 

Motels in teh Underworld run 100 credits an hour, good luck affording suites in the Overworld

 

Should I have posted my OOC stuff in this thread? I just wanted to use my black market contact to try to get good prices on EMP ammo and a universal translator. Not sure if I roll or you wanted to roleplay it out or what.

 

Would have prefered it if characters act out what they do ICly, and if they aren't goin to negotiate then just get their items and go about their day. But it's fine, at the end of the day we get teh same result

Don't worry, it's only on certain occassions I'll be rolling against y'alls luck. In most situations, y'all be rolling to add onto y'alls luck to see if something passed.

Excuse whatever I just said, I must have stroked out. I forgot Luck is a 0-20 skill...so that means Luck will be the only roll I'll roll for y'all if you all attempt something I feel deserves a luck roll and it will be trying to roll under your score.

So yeah no, everyone should be worried (Especially Yarkoz)

Nemura is mostly a conflict avoidance race, they rather just hide away and stay away from people outside of their circles. You just had the misfortune of coming across a gang that really, really, really, really likes shiny things
