This kind of two posts: 1. What show TV turns you on and why? 2. I get really turned on by Once Upon a Time. But the moments that stand out for me are when one of the characters use magic to change clothes of the self or someone else. In particular changing normal clothes into gowns and dresses. I'm kind of surprised that it's not a thing to find like how petrification and other weird fetishes. The only time I can find something close to this is in TG fiction where a guy's clothes are turned into women's clothes when he changes. So for example: Regina gets back home from horse riding and her mother immediately poofs her into a ball gown to impress the king. Lizard from Once Upon a Time: Wonderland wished a genie that she would be confident and sexy. Poof she is wearing a slinky outfit. I don't know what it is but this just turns me on. Same thing happened in Charmed when an Evil Witch magically changed between sexy outfits for Cole so he could pick one out for Phoebe. Anyone else share this?
It's strange, I've been involved with writing erotic fiction for so long that now every time I watch a TV Show, I find myself wondering how certain scenes could be turned into a sex scene, or wondering how it would be like if certain characters ended up having sex. I guess I should say then that all TV shows I watch turn me on, lol.
There aren't really any shows I watch that consistently turn me on, unless you count me thinking that a certain actress is attractive, and there are probably way too many of those to name. That said, there are certainly situations that I find... intriguing. Since you mentioned "Charmed": the sexiest thing I remember from that show was one of the first couple of episodes with Rose McGowan, in which she has a spell backfire and it causes her breasts to grow. (Unfortunately, they get shrunk back to her regular size by the end of the episode.) One recent TV show that's been on my mind for sexual reasons is "Legion," in which a female character has a superpower in which she swaps bodies with anyone she touches -- imagine having sex in that context.
Ah yes, I remember watching Charmed when I was younger. I became aware of that show around the time I was a teenager. Nowadays, If i want to find something to turn me on, I go watch porn or read elit. So the only way to really top that is if a series directly appeals to one of my kinks, or has a lot of sex and nudity in it. Which unfortunately means that most TV series' are out. There's still a couple of shows that have probably turned me on a couple of times. Marco Polo was a Netflix series about the adventures of...well...Marco Polo during his years in the court of Kublai Khan. There's a fair bit of breasts and sex flying around in the first season with sexy ladies of Asian descent. The second season was a bit more lackluster...although they did try and get their sex and breast quota in for the last few episodes. Sadly, the series ended up being cancelled due to Season 2 resulting in a $200 Million loss for Netflix. There's also Shamless, the American remake of the British series with the same name. It's a darker comedy/drama involving a family in Chicago dealing with/managing/mismanaging their poverty and their lives. Sex, Drugs, Sex, and alcohol. I think the main draw for me here is that the sex doesn't feel quite as staged as it does in other shows that have sex. The lights don't dim and sexy music doesn't play(usually) while their naughty parts are miraculously covered for the camera. Just two people grinding against each other and grunting and lots of breasts of various shapes and sizes...and a couple penises too. Sadly the later seasons of the show have spiraled into the melodrama and has gotten away from most of the darker parts from the earlier seasons. I still watch it, but I don't find it nearly as exciting, or unpredictable as the first four seasons or so. It also basically ruined the film The Day After Tomorrow for me, because Emmy Rossum stars in both and I can't see her in that film and not think about her role in Shameless, but that's more of like a retroactive typecasting issue than an issue with her performance in either that film or the TV series. I've also been meaning to binge Game of Thrones eventually, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.
Well, just TV Shows that have hot characters honestly. Firefly (River), Game of Thrones (Sansa, Melisandre, Cersei, Margaery, Daenerys, Gilly, Myrcella, Doreah, sooo many hotties ), Merlin (Morgana), etc. Generally I love historical / pre-modern settings because of their beautiful outfits, and the idea of a cute Princess getting fucked is just way hotter than just some random millenial.
Twin Peaks was the hottest: http://68.media.tumblr.com/a92d0fde3d02059e3e1747746e908892/tumblr_nd3hjd8wGq1r8swmoo4_500.gif Mad Men was a recent favorite: http://static.celebuzz.com/uploads/2015/05/Mad-Men-Joan-Red-Dress.gif True Detective season 1 had some scorching moments: https://isaacspictureconclusions.files.wordpress.com/2014/04/truedbriangif.gif West World, while an erotic idea and full of tons of nudity and hot men and women, was not actually very sexy.
Californication has good looking girls and well shot sex scenes, and is a smartly done show in general too. Modern family also comes to mind, the women in the show are invariably sexy. And since the OP seems to be asking something unusual, that's not intentionally sexy but becomes so to us: there are two episodes (that I know of) in Charmed where Pru gets her mind screwed with: one, a guy who infiltrates dreams and controls the dream world and her perceptions in it, and two, an invisible guy who becomes a voice in her head and influences her. Both of those had similar effect - they both scared me a bit, and turned me on a hell of a lot. (Predictably, mind control is one of my favourite genres to read on Chyoa and elsewhere!)
Am I the only one to watch Super Girl and wish a villian with kryptonite handcuffs and a pocketful of viagra would show up?
I only wish that Supergirl (the whole Arrowverse, to be honest) was on a channel that allowed more nudity and racier sex scenes. That'd be really interesting to watch, kind of 'less drama, more sex'.
Frankly, I wish most shows, films, and games would pull the stick out of their butts about sex. We're fine with profuse violence, blood, and gore. However, one scantily clad woman, suggestive moment, or nip slip and suddenly everybody is running around screaming at the top of their lungs "Think of the Children!" As long as things are appropriately rated and people adhere to those ratings, then there shouldn't be an issue. The problem being mostly the latter rather than the former.
I am: I'm thinking of them not getting their ideas of what a healthy relationship looks like from Pornhub...
Fair. On top of that, most if not all televisions nowadays come with parental controls. A responsible parent who doesn't just sit their kid in front of the TV and forget about them can block certain shows and films that fall between certain groupings. ...Although admittedly, the television we had when I was a kid was age blocked. I figured out what the password for the parental controls were when i was 12 so I could watch Girls Gone Wild advertisements at 3 in the morning. But assuming that parents are sensible and don't use their birthdays as a point of reference for a password. That shouldn't be an issue.
OK, this is going to sound kinda weird, but: One Punch Man. Not so much the characters, but the premise... The idea of BEING OPM, it's kinda hot...
