I think the potential for a shaming storyline could be potentially interesting. Even if her friends are accepting of her extra parts, that doesn't mean everyone would have to be (or realistically would be). How nerve-wracking and embarrassing it might be for her to be potentially exposed to the wrong crowd! I dunno, I'm not big into futas so I'm not really your intended audience, but the potential for suspense, humiliation, betrayal, and even danger seems an obvious avenue if you haven't gone there yet.
