Out of curiosity how many stories have been adopted since we are on page 35, and I am sure there have been some adopted through direct messaging to Friedman?
Hello, I'd like to take part in the "program" and so I am interested in adopting the following story: http://chyoa.com/story/eine-g-nstige-gelegenheit/cover Being unsure about how far my own ideas may reach, the story is worth to be open again for co-writers. However, there are at least two additional chapters in my queue (so far still as draft).
Friedman,u mind giving me Lilith ReAwakened?the author seemingly deletes his account every week or so
Can I please adopt: https://chyoa.com/story/The-Fae-Kingdom.3319 https://chyoa.com/story/Your-Personal-Fairy-Tale.4792 https://chyoa.com/story/The-Lingerie-Store.103 and https://chyoa.com/story/What-happened-last-night.4728 I have some ideas for these that would go well with other stories that I'm writing.
Friedman, I'd like to adopt Videogame robosluts by algernox if possible. The story was last updated seven months ago and he was last online at that time. Also, what's the difference between Owner and Editor in terms of managing a story? I could swear I saw it explained somewhere in the guide, but I can't find it.
You can find a description in the CHYOA Guide (10. User Roles) or when you go to + New Story (click the drop-down menu at the new line of user roles)
Thanks, but what are those administration features that an editor doesn't have? Taking a shot in the dark, I'm guessing changing things like the POV, the category or the Mode?
Does someone have an updated list of stories needing to be adopted? It seems like its been awhile since I've seen a list
Yes, as an owner you can access the "Edit Story" page (if the option doesn't show up, you can add "/edit" to the story link to reach that page) The Edit Story page looks like the page when creating a new story without having the first chapter. You can see the options when you go to + New Story and there is a description in the CHYOA Guide.
I've given you editing rights to Your Personal Fairy Tale, The Lingerie Store, and What happened last night. The Fae Kingdom seems to have an active owner. Sure. I'm curious how you continue the story Happy writing to both of you!
Thanks, I've noticed that stories with that type of premise rarely go beyond the initial stages except for some very specific paths. Though I doubt I'll be able to flesh it out to the fullest, I'd like to develop a few threads at least. With some luck, others might decide to contribute.
