I don't mean adopting, but like does anyone else have stories they read and thought "This is really good. I hope the author updates this more." Then read something like "Last updated: 2015"? Basically, what dead stories would you want to see the author revive?

Vain had a story line in At the Cabin that ran 205 chapters deep and then stopped. The character were fleshed out, their exploits were built up captivatingly well and the payoffs were deeply gratifying. I would love to see the rest of the vacation play out. For me there hasn't been all that much added to The Lilith Strain lately except for the occasional chapter added here or there,I really wish it was updated more often
