Let's assume pregnancy is a possibility. Provided someone is not past the fertile age for their species and they are a cross compatible species.

But we're not going to need to worry about STD's for some cheap handwaving reason that I have yet to determine. I don't really think many of you want to bother having to worry about catching some kind of super dragon clap, but I could be wrong.

 

I'd say the (Dark Lord's official title) put a charm on their realm to prevent STDs so they wouldn't wake up to find half their army had dragon clap because one of their underlings slept with the wrong kobold.

Command: Strategy is intuitive for him. His orders are obeyed by most that recieve them.
Inspiring: Shesten can inspire his forces to great and terrible deeds. He usually chooses not to, though, to keep his full power hidden.
Fighter: He has been trained to fight using most weapons, and is fairly good at doing so.
Force of Will: Shesten is hard to sway or persuade, sticking to his own thoughts and ideas.
Dominance: Not an independent talent but a result of his other abilities, Shesten can quite easily put himself in a dominant position in most social encounters.

Equipment:
Blade of Light - A low-level magical shortsword. It glow blue constantly and is supernaturally sharp and light.
Blade of Lies - An exact replica of the Blade of Light, except that it isn't magic.
Blade of Dark - A non-magical dagger. It's poisoned.
Clothes, mostly basic cloaks and loincloths but with some finer work thrown in.
Several gold trinkets.
Two silver rings, worn as good luck charms.

Backstory: There's not really much to say on Shesten's history. He's just a very canny kobold.
He was born into the army, managed to quietly manoeuvre his way into squad leadership, and now plans to just keep going up...

Background:
Carmen Leroux served as a court sorceress for Lord Ramon Bonet. She was a loyal retainer, a single mother of two children. At age of thirty-nine, she met Sir Zander, a travelling knight who at one time was considered for a position of the personal guard of the emperor. Slowly, she fell in love with him. An attention of man half her age, with such a high prestige was flattering. Her love slowly morphed into a devotion. Finally, it changed into a worship. She eagerly helped the man seduce the more prominent women and ladies of the court. She included the man in any desire he voiced.

Finally, Zander ordered Carmen to betray her liege – and she had done so eagerly. She was among Zander's followers - which included Lady Bonet and Guard Commander - and who killed Lord Ramon Bonet. The same day, the fiefdom was invaded by dark lord's army – without their lord and with most of the nobles slaughtered or defected, the castle fell in one night.

The man who seduced her was a knight in service of the Dark Lord.

Since then she served as a loyal commander under the orders of the one who caused her fall and eventually became to be known as a whore-captain. She earned quite a reputation for being sadistic to her victims. She twists, corrupts them until they become nothing more but her toys and devoted slaves – just like she herself was twisted.

Her division/squad consists of females which she corrupted and brainwashed in the curse of her service to the Zander. The division specializes in covert operations and seductions.

 

The pace of the game seems to be increasing as we all gather, I hope I can keep up...
