I recently added a cast of characthrs page to give readers an idea of what I think the characthers look like. So I thought I might see what other could think of for their stories. List characthers and then who you think they most look like in real life. I picked pornstars but there or no limits on who you can pick. Candy and Kat where also tricky because they or twins so I wanted girls that look simular but also could be told apart. Though Alex the main character is still a little tricky for me.
When The Cat's Away I couldn't settle on one actor or actress as a close match, so I picked several who might be able to carry the right look and feeling. Joyce and Bernie Bernstein were especially hard, and I bet I could get closer. Molly Quinn has a super cute face. I looked through image search for women's soccer players, saw a characteristic slim/muscular look, and decided that you've described Chloe as having more of a rugby player's build as far as pictures are concerned. There was even a little photospread (from Cosmopolitan, no less) with the Harvard women's rugby team and body image awareness issues.

I always imagined Gavin looking similar to Jesse Eisenberg with not-as-curly hair. With Kurt, I had a young Robert Redford (in pictures where he has more blonde hair) in my mind. Also, with Jennifer, I envisioned Jeri Ryan, so it's nice to know I wasn't too far off if you were thinking of Yvonne Strahovski.
Your takes probably come very close to what I'd pick, Yarkoz. As for Jennifer, yes, I tried to imagine a blonde in her late twenties who looked like she could kick some serious ass if she wanted, and I loved Yvonne on Chuck with the same traits I've mentioned, so it was a natural fit.
I've been imagining Gavin with the same face as Matt O'Leary, who played The Brain in Brick. I really like the contrast of a hard, square jaw on his otherwise boyish face, and there's something simpatico between The Brain's emotional removal and Gavin's self-consciousness. But then The Brain has glasses and dirty blond hair, so, I don't know. Maybe I'm trying too hard to justify my poor reading comprehension.
With Jennifer, I had Jeri Ryan as Seven of Nine from Voyager in mind, when she was in her late 20's/early 30's, but Strahovski is more contemporary. Either way, Jennifer struck me as having that strong Germanic/Slavic look, especially when I created her French foreign exchange student fling in high school. East Meets West as it were And hey, I think Matt O'Leary works a bit better Patzo. I always thought Gavin had a strong jaw, a representation of his inner strength of will when he shows it.
Matt O'Leary indeed looks like Gavin, I just opted to not give him glasses because of the whole geek with glasses stereotype.
