Hi ! A few months ago I took over ownership of "Absolute Power" here at Chyoa. Since taking over, I have spent a significant amount of time editing the story so as to remove all typographical errors and any other errors which might have been created during the move from chyoo.com. Believe me, it was an extremely time consuming task. "Absolute Power" is an amazing story -- and a well established one --- I hope that my efforts were not in vain and that it is now a much easier read for all. Please feel free to take a look and add new chapters. Additionally, if you happen to come across any errors which I might have missed, please let me know. I'll take care of them immediately. I have cleaned up what threads I can in stories I am editor on. I would love to see more of the downtown storyline without the power transfer business (or at least with a power transfer storyline that doesn't almost instantly go off into a revenge trip).
I really enjoyed the story, but I had one problem with it. It lacked anal. I mean, yes, I am a bit nitpickish here, but it seemed to me, that anything asshole related was constantly dodged in the story. Is there a special reason for that, or is it just that noone felt the need to write an anal chapter? Because I wanted to do it, but didn't want to piss some people off by adding something that doesn't belong.
There's no specific "no anal" rule on the story. I think it was just the random occurrence of no one choosing to write an anal thread.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalright then, guess I know what I will go with next. I probably will write most of it in an editor beforehand tho, so dont expect anything to show up soon, I tend to take my time
Yeah, I just started something, not sure if it totally fits the story, so I started with a new page 2, so I wont ruin something else^^ And as usual, I brought way to much thought and background with it What can I say, I am having a fetish for character development as well as plot
me again: BIG Thank you an McMartin. That guy is super active. I wrote a few things the last days and it took him less than an hour to approve of them. Now today I just wrote a few things again, and the same time period again. I love it if an author/editor is often online to well, just edit and approve^^ You are doing your job just right, good guy!
Scyle --- thank you for the kind words. I'm completely with you as to the frustration which occurs when the owner of a story does not promptly review/edit/approve an entry. When I agreed to take on Absolute Power, I promised that such a thing wouldn't happen on my watch. I also want to thank you for adding to the thread. Please keep up the great work. I have a few ideas in my head as well that I need to work on so I should be adding to the overall story sooner rather than later. -Martin
