I've been working on the character encoding problem during the past two weeks and most threads should be corrected by now (no more ? and other special character problems). Some threads were fixed automatically, other threads were corrected manually by me. There were probably more than 1000 threads I've gone through by hand. I may have overlooked some threads here and there. So if you still find threads with existing problems or even patterns, please let me know.
