Is intercourse with mythological/fantasy creatures considered beastiality?

As the title states. Does the beastiality rule apply to mythical/fantasy creature and monster and if not/if it is, does that still apply if that creature/monster have an intelligence (being able to talk or interact with what you say or do)?

 

Basically, creatures must pass the Harkness test.

Thanks, had forgotten there existed a Rules page with an in-depth description. But something that I still wonder is about the language part ("Can it talk or communicate with language?") in the harkness test. Does this include body signs or certain sound for a specific situation or similar? And I presume that communicating with language include the way to mentally talk, like telepathy. If I'm wrong about that, please do correct me.

 

Telepathy and the ability to communicate with signs (e.g. nodding) are fine.
