Hi everyone. I am just about to put my first piece of writing up on CHYOA. I am probably missing something baltant, but I cannot see how to edit my story once I have saved it as a draft. When I click on the "edit" hyper link, once in there I can edit the title, subtitle and synposis, pov, etc, but I cannot see how I edit the actual text! There a a "saved" tab and a "publish" tab, but no "continue" button like when you first start. Is that how it is supposed to be. What am I missing?
It appears that you've gone to edit story where you cannot edit a specific chapter. From the CHYOA homepage, you can: 1) Go to the section 'My Latest Chapters' where you'll find your five most recent chapters on the right side. (Chapter one of any story will be titled 'introduction'). 2) Go to 'My Chapters' which is under 'My Stories' in the drop-down menu. 3) Click on your story's title from 'My Story' menu. This will bring you to the first chapter of your story. To edit a chapter, go to the bottom of the text, where there will be a margin at the bottom. On the right side of that margin will be three dots. Click on those dots and the option 'Edit Chapter' will pop up.
