'Nah, don't worry, I'll be fine,' Loreley said, 'I got used to the stuff during our time in the academy. You should've seen the female cadets, including myself, the first time he got out of the shower. I nearly creamed my knickers. So, this is just a mild reaction.'
"Oh no...." It was too hard to tell if he was being sarcastic or not. While he was quite a bit more durable than the average human, taking a few blaster rounds to the body wouldn't be good for most people, even if they were mostly machine. He might be able to close the distance, but that was still more risky than it needed to be. Instead, he began to make his sprint back around some pieces of ruin for cover and picking almost random directions to confuse the droid as Kaya clung behind a wall and got his blade ready. While the droid was likely equip with the kind of means to track it's target, it was a machine and could only actually see things based on radar and sensors. That meant that using his universal jammer would effectively render it practically blind if it worked.
Song goes red in the face when she talks about "creaming" herself. He looks over at Fendrat, and then back to Loreley. "So, are you two, um, you know?"
"Where are you? Come out and face your death, inferior model". As predicted, the droid's vision is limited, and it doesn't know where Kaya went. It begins walking around pieces of cover that Kaya coulf hide behind, blasting wildly. The droid gets closer to Kaya's position.
After what seemed like a few hours, DT-L30 once again returns to where Loreley, and Fendrat was. He had his linen sheet wrapped around his body, yet this time, it looked a lot more decent especially it now had a darker color... which smelled like oil... "So, what'd I miss?" He asked, looking around to see Loreley's face, meaning the death trooper chatting her up had major skills in seduction, or Fendrat just got out of the shower. Probably the latter, "Oh, yeah, that's why I won't be taking off my helmet." He knocks on his helmet, revealing his cybernetic arm, meaning he had removed portions of his death trooper armor.
When Loreley saw that Song was blushing, she smirked, 'Oh, maybe it's affecting you after all.' 'Are we a couple?' Loreley raised an eyebrow, 'What gave you that impression?' 'Hey, Deet, we were just chatting,' Loreley said, 'Nice... rag? Did you drop it in the droid cleaning pool or something?' She chuckled, 'Oh yeah, the pheromones. It's actually kind of nice, like a slight buzz without drinking anything.'
After waiting for it to take a few steps closer, Kaya sprang out. Keeping low to not get hit by a stray blast but not so much to prevent him from making his leap out of cover from behind, using his momentum and boost force to hack away at the back of it's legs to disable it's movement and render it almost helpless.
"Yeah, yeah, this is part of my cover. Since Fendrat will be coming off as an engineer at such a shady place. It's only logical he's brought his "droid" bodyguard. And if they wonder about my death trooper armor, well, he can just say he's managed to scavenge some." He shrugged, before sighing at her bit about Fendrat's pheromones, "Reminds me of our academy days, every female instructor there seemed to always be "observing" whenever he'd be out running the course." He chuckled.
The droid falls to the ground with a high pitched shriek. It rotates its torso to face Kaya, firing a blast that nearly hits him.
She has an image of the man she needs to find. She checks in with Max-7 who is outside of the building in case anything happens and not to mention droids are not allowed in the bar. Roaming around she shifts to the private sections smooth talking and intoxicating the guards. To get around she hears voices nearby of a trade.
'You certainly got the droid smell down, A-plus for effort,' Loreley gave DT a thumbs-up, 'Yeah, yet Fen only has eyes for machines.' 'Oh, you've been pretty clear about being interested from the moment I took off my gear,' Loreley chuckled but gently removed his hand from her thigh, 'Look, you're a lot sweeter than I thought when you stared at me, but—sorry to say, Song—getting involved with a subordinate is... really messy. I... better get some fresh air and check if my ship is in order for the mission.' Loreley stood up and zipped up her suit, before she gathered her stuff and left for the hangar Tarrik had gone to.
Seeing his fellow death trooper get dumped, DT-L30 chuckles, "Hah. Wait until we finish the mission, then try again. You'll get a better chance then." He adviced as he turned around, he then heads for the ship's shooting range if it had one.
Kay very nearly flinched from the sudden shot that just nearly missed him. It was enough to make one his free arms instinctively reach to attempt to cover his body even though it wouldn't likely have helped. As soon as his still mostly human brain registered the shot as not having hit him, he reacted as quickly as he could, he bounded over just ahead of it so it couldn't properly aim it's weapons and proceeded to give the same treatment to the joints of it's arms to make them as useless as it's legs. "Inferior? Pfft. Your master is probably going to scrap you and want to replace you with someone like me..." His hand cupped his cheek again as he started to daydream. This would be a stupid thing to do when your opponent wasn't properly dead and it showed in the fact that he actually took a fairly sizeable step back to talk from behind it's head. "Ah, no, master! I'm a good girl, I promise! Nooo! Please! Not my butt!- "-and that's what you would you hear while you're waiting in the garbage chute." Kaya's voice had completely dropped from it's weirdly cheerful tones.
Loreley sees two TIE Interceptors, brand new and top of the line, in the hangar. Tarrik has a plate opened on one and is looking at the engine. "These are so much better than those damn LN models. I can't wait to fly it. Are you okay?"
Song leans against the couch and sighs. "Fuck. Thanks for the advice, I guess". As DT walks away, he finds a range with a few stormtroopers, practicing their shooting. There's an empty stall, and against the wall is a rack containing most of the firearms in the Imperial arsenal, excluding things like rocket launchers and heavy guns.
The droid is silent for a moment. "There are many of us, and only one of you. You will not last long, cyborg."
DT-L30 heads for the empty stall, grabbing an E-11 blaster rifle. He activates the stall, making the targets move. Before he started shooting at them, practicing his already advanced level of marksmanship.
