It's a start! Pseudo-Medieval D&D-type world with MMRPG-style mechanics isn't the worst premise. At this point it seems like you might consider two main branches: a GOOD path (go to the Guild and try to get back into adventuring) and a BAD path (go to the Red Light District and start whoring). You might consider outlining how each of these paths can go and what the main branching points would be - maybe so that if she gives in to the desires of the flesh too readily or is too stuck up she might end up with various bad ends. That would let you have her slowly slide into ever more sexual escapades.
