Longer than normal review time, is that unusual?

Usually I have my stories approved in a couple hours.
Today my story is showing that it’s been viewed ten times, which I assume means mods have looked at it, but it’s still waiting for approval.

should I be concerned?

 

I think it’s heavily dependent on time of day and random chance. My last two stories took almost a full day to get approved.

The views are most likely from yourself. (Though they only get added every hour or so)

The spammer issue might have slowed down the approval
