Inazuma nod for that option. " So I guess you are not today on business meeting so we can started with cards. I heard some men like taking their lovers as taliman to luck in game. " She said teasing him and want to saw how western playing games. Alcohol didn't intresting her.
Shintaro extinguishes the match on his musket, slinging it over his shoulder, before sliding his hands under her knees and neck, and lifting her up. The nobleman carries her across the complex, into the castle occupied by the Yokuboo, and laying her down on the bed. "Rest, red. Here." He hands her some sake.
"I didn't need help, because I wasn't trying to win. I'm seeking death." He says it plainly, as if he was just talking about something trivial. "I found that gang mugging someone, so I got in the way to let the victim leave, and then gave myself to the criminals. I only started fighting because you were in danger, not to suggest that you couldn't have won." The long haired man says "So long. I'm seeing the guard captain about a job. Apparently some monster has been killing people. Might be a good chance for an honourable death."
Jian nodded, 'You and I both.' He started to dress, ready to head out. After finding a bite to eat, Jian had to skip his usual morning Tai Chi as they were given their clothes and had to listen to the eunuch's instructions on court behaviour. Soon, Chitsukiko and Jian were ready to meet the Emperor.
"Haah... haah." Kyouka continued panting as Shintaro carried her. He'd probably be able to feel the drenched cloth of the lower part of her dress. And once they arrived at the castle, where he lays her down on the bed. Kyouka tries to sit up, "You... thank you." She said, "But now. You're going to need to watch yourself. Oichi holds a grudge... a terrifying one at that." She added as she undoes the bindings on her dress.
Yunah walks after him. "I'm after the same Contract. How about we do this together and have a better chance to succeed? Nobody has to Die either..."
“Thank you, Tiyaka. I'll see you later. Have a nice day.” Misori smiled at the woman, enjoying their brief hug, then left her to her work. Once outside she followed the eunuch, listening to what he was saying but not learning anything she didn't already know. I guess it is time to meet the Emperor...
Jurobei nodded. "If you desire regency, you will need to make sure, that the conflict never expands beyond the capital." He said finishing the tea. "Will I need to know anything else?"
Chitsukiko, Jian and Midori make their way to the Imperial Palace, where they're escorted inside. Heading through into the throne room, they're led before the kampaku, dowager, and emperor. After carrying out the steps the eunuch told them, the emperor smiles. "So, you three. You seem like an odd trio. What do you do?"
"Heh." Shintaro gives a grin. "I heard a nanban say something once: Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Still, she ain't exactly the first person who's tried to kill me, and won't be the last. That was your sister, eh? Not a bad lay, but I'd say you were better." He chuckles. "I was wondering why some concubine I'd never met was suddenly coming onto me, earlier." He takes her dress, hanging it up. "I'll have one of the servants wash it."
"You jest... nhh. But I doubt the assassins you faced could hold a candle against her. Haahn." Kyouka replied, moaning every now and then. And with her dress removed, Shintaro could see her erect nipples, and drenched crotch. "Damn it. I let my guard down. And this is what happens." She cursed as she laid back down.
"I have no objection to working together." He chuckles. "As for no one dying, well, we'll see." Together, the two of them walk down to the western guard barracks, a large building nestled in the middle of an imposing market square. As they walk, Azai asks Yunah about her background, making jokes here and there, but mostly avoiding talk of his own past. The guards at the front of the barracks let them in and escort them up to meet the captain, a jovial looking man with a beard. "Come in! Come in!" He waves the two samurai into his office. "Have a seat. You're here about the monster?"
'I am Lord Shintaro Yokuboo's son from the Eternal Empire. I came to Hattori to serve my father's clan, your Imperial Majesty,' Jian told the Emperor. He didn't want to speak for either of his companions
Shintaro looks her up and down. "I'm not the type to take advantage of a defenseless woman, but do you need help with that?"
She takes a seat and crosses her legs. "Yes, but we would like To hear some Details. What kind of Creature is it? And where is his Hunting Ground? Are there witnesses?"
The emperor speaks in Jian's native tongue. "Ah, welcome to Hattori! We're always happy to see our friends from the mainland." His pronunciation is perfect, though the dialect is closer to the large cities than to Jian's mountainous home.
"To answer your questions in order: We don't know, roughly the western forest, and no." He shakes his head. "People have found the bodies, but no one has seen the killings. Or if they did, they're staying quiet."
Jian switched to his native language too, the origin of his dialect and accent might be lost on the Emperor but his mother certainly recognised it, 'Thank you for the warm welcome, your Majesty. May I say, your fair mother taught you very well, you speak as if you were born back home.'
