'She sure is,' Jian chuckled and joined Koko in the clearing with Chitsukiko, 'I did promise you would see the sun again today. Maybe we can find a little stream or lake to relax for a bit?'
Midori followed the woman in silence, using the chance to take a look at the inside of the inn and the people there. “Hello, Kyouka-san. I'm happy to see that you remember me. I hope I did not interrupt anything.” Midori greeted the woman politely. Based on how much her bodysuit reveals I probably did interrupt something... hopefully they were almost done. “I'm sorry to bother you, especially with no prior warning, but I was hoping you could answer a couple of questions for me.” She smiled while trying to decide how best to ask her questions.
"No need for formalities." Kyouka gives Midori a smile, "And no, you weren't interrupting anything." She shrugged, making her large breasts jiggle underneath her unzipped bodysuit. "Questions? What wort of questions?" She tilts her head as she asked.
She nods eagerly, and they find a small lake. Chitsukiko, dehydrated, eagerly drinks the water, while Koko takes the opportunity to jump in.
Jian laughed as he watched Koko play in the lake, he went to edge and drank a bit of water too and washed his face, parched from the fights in the dungeon. He lied down at the side of the lake, resting his eyes for a moment.
Midori took a deep breath, trying hard to ignore the jiggling of Kyouka's large breasts. “Well, my first question is, do you know anything about the Zatoichi Shipyards and what connection they have to your sister Oichi?”
Kyouka sighed, "Let me save you some time. If all your questions are about Oichi. I don't know anything. Aside from her methods, which I've had years to learn, thanks to our "sisterly" bond. I have no idea what company she owns, which she plans on destroying, and who's brave enough to actually oppose her." She replied, wrapping her arms underneath her breasts, pushing them upward, and moving her bodysuit aside to reveal a bit of her pink areola.
Finishing her drink, Chitsukiko moves over and lies down next to him, in the shade of an olive tree, the sounds of splashing and giggling bounding across the water. The moment is one of the most tranquil he's ever experienced, and it isn't long before he feels himself about to drift to sleep.
Jian yawned, a smile on his lips, 'Uah, I think that was more exhausting than I thought.' He rubbed the little spider's head, 'Bite me awake if there's something dangerous coming.' Jian closed his eyes and took a little nap.
Midori sighed. “I see... I guess I will have to find another way to learn about that shipyard and the issues with it. Preferably one that does not involve meeting your “dear” sister – the more I learn about her the less I want to meet her.” She sighed, trying hard not to get distracted by Kyouka's breasts. “As for my other question... this is admittedly a long shot, but... there is a certain warehouse - an imperial owned property, guarded by ashigaru from the emperor's personal army. The guards were slaughtered and the wood and food stored inside were stolen, yet more valuable goods stored there were left untouched – clearly not a regular theft. Have you heard anything about that, or do you know someone who might have heard about it? Between the two of us you seem more likely to hear about that sort of thing, at least based on the men I saw downstairs.”
"Right you are. Asking Oichi about something she did is like a bird flying straight into a snakes mouth." She replied with a nod. "Ho?" Kyouka raised an eyebrow as Midori mentioned "a certain warehouse." But as she continued on, the redhead quickly lost interest. "Hmm. Wood, and food? That's an odd thing to steal. Specially if there were more valuable stuff inside. Sadly I don't hear much of what's going on around the city. Though, you are free to ask my men if they know anything. Just don't kill em if they ask for something in return." Kyouka said with a cheeky grin, before pondering. "Hmm." Her grin widens, "How about this then. I have an informant. Reliable. Discreet. I can introduce him to you, though it'll be up to you if you can secure his services. Interested?"
The spider rubs back, before Jian falls asleep. In his dreams, he sees a strange sight. A mature woman, blond and beautiful, walks into a room in castle Yokuboo. Inside, the guards bind her, gag her and blinfold her, before leaving. Oichi enters the room, toying with the woman's body and whispering sweet nothings into her ear, before Oichi leaves. Jian awakens, seeing that above him Koko has used her powers to create a layer of leaves which hovers in the air, shielding the couple from the bright sunlight while they were sleeping. Beside him, Chitsukiko stirs.
Midori thought about it for a few moments before nodding in confirmation. “Depends on what it will cost me, but yes, I am interested in meeting this informant. Hopefully he has heard something that would be of use to me...”
Jian stirred from his sleep, confused but also aroused from his dream. He shook his head, and looked to Chitsukiko, who seemed to wake up also, 'I just had the strangest dream. There was a woman I have never seen before and Oichi was there too, but the details were so vivid, it didn't feel like a dream. Maybe a vision? I have a feeling we should return to the castle, and quickly.' He rose from the side of the lake and looked for Koko, 'Koko? Thanks for the shade.'
"Very well. All I ask is a favor. I help you, you help me, simple, no?" Kyouka said with a grin, "And don't worry about being tricked, or backstabbed by me. Those just aren't interesting for me. I prefer it if my prey fights back." Her grin turns ferocious for a moment. "Anyway, if you agree, I'll send you to him with Ya-Ming right away."
Midori hesitated for a moment before making a decision. “Do you have a particular favor in mind? Or have you not decided yet?” She asked. “But yes, this is acceptable.” She nodded. I hope I don't regret this...
@Tjf "Don't worry, I won't ask you to risk your life for me. Hell, you can even expect that favor to be a chance for you to get back at my "dear" sister." Kyouka said with a giggle as she finally zips up her bodysuit, putting on her breastplate. Then leading Midori downstairs, "Ya-Ming. I have a task for you." She called the ninja, and whispered directions toward Eight-Tails hideout. "Feel free to ask him the whereabouts of those free lances you're looking for." She added, before turning to face Midori, "Alright, she'll lead you to him. Good luck."
“Thanks, Kyouka. I'll see you later. Good luck to you as well. Goodbye.” Midori bowed politely to Kyouka before following Ya-Ming.
"I... I trust you." He says, doing his best impression of someone going light-headed under hypnotic control. "I... haven't been actually hurt by him, but I just feel like I haven't had any chance to get anywhere, like he's permanently kept me back."
Chitsukiko nods. "Sure, let's go." Koko seems a little disappointed, rising out of the water, but her disappointment is soon replaced with eagerness to see a castle. They make their way back to the horses without incident.
