So I am thinking of starting to write an actual chyoa type story. I probably won't release it soon but I thought maybe I could get some ideas and make my first rough draft. I was thinking of doing it in the style of smutty sex romp from edit. Basically I won't put a limit on how short the chapter can be as long as it makes sense. I will have branches come back together as long as it makes sense and if it doesn't it should be the start of a new major story line. I will also make it so that just about any girl you meet can be fucked if you pick the right choice although some might be harder than others. I remember trying every option to see if I could find a branch that leads further on and it being both annoying and fun. So I got an idea from a dream of a cannibal that bites your dick off if you pick the wrong choice. It might not be a cannibal but I was thinking of keeping it and having a few ways to lose your dick and then get some kind upgrade and/or nurse play. I don't have any other specific idea's but there is a lot of room for stuff like aliens, weird tech and normal stuff.
I always like to see a true, many-branching CHYOA story. Although, I wasn't really a fan of Smutty Sex Romp. I will say that this: would probably break the rules. You could always have a 'fade to black' type thing where the protagonist is knocked unconscious, then wakes up with his dick missing.
