people ask you to post a story.
you post the story.
A week goes by and no one adds to it.
It gets few likes.

What's the lesson here?

There's been a glitch the last few days concerning the updates of new chapters, so maybe that's go to something to do with it?

Though maybe that wouldn't affect a new story... Do the people who asked you about it know it's been published?

 

I started the image inspiration thread on this forum, and people said I should make it into a story, so I did.
It went over like a lead balloon.

 

Sorry to hear that. Except for my little 'freewriting' story, I've stayed away from starting one of my own largely because I get writer's block a lot and am wary of depending on others to help out.

 

I don't want to uselessly alert everyone here, but it seems like it's picking some pace now thankfully.

Hopefully it continues, yeah?
