Well my Microsoft word stopped working today and I can't seem to repair the program, every time I try it tells me that it can't get an internet access even though I know I am on the internet trying to read how to fix it. I hate computers sometimes.Saved all my files for what good that does me.

If you're not wedded to MS Word, try downloading OpenOffice? It's a freeware mimic that can open and save Word files. It's been good to me.

I turn it off and then back on and sometimes it works for a bit, at least as long as I don't close the file but if I try to open another file later it gives me an error message. My computer says it can't fix the program because it can't access the internet even though I ma on the internet looking for solutions.

Might as well try it unless I can find a copy of my old program. The only other program I have at the moment is word pad.

Not a bad program all in all, though its word database could be larger, it keeps saying names are miss spelled.

Think it default's to British mate, might try changing that and see if it helps. but your right that the database is a touch small. Still, better than the evil empire's version all told.

You know what, I'd never noticed it before, but you're right. Apparently I've gotten good at ignoring the Red Squiggle of Doom, because it flags certain forms of common words (like "else's," as in "someone else's") as misspelled. I guess it's better to flag correct words as wrong than the reverse, but it is odd.

If you really want to light up the page, copy-paste an excerpt from Iain M. Banks. The man did love his funny little adverbs.
