"That should be enough" she says, nodding to The Man. "We let You know when I made progress with The Creature"
'I would suggest not becoming trapped on this world,' Ard looked at the others, then at the portal. He kneeled down to Caranthir's body and searched him for anything interesting, also judging if the armour would fit him.
As Ard searches the dead navigator's body, he finds nothing of interest, but notes that the armour should fit him, if tightly. Isabella lets go of Varrin, moving forward. "Trista's right, it could close at any moment. I can't let this chance slip away." She takes a few uneasy steps, before walking through the portal. Gustav looks at Trista. "Are you ready, or do you need some more time to rest?" He nods in response to Mirellia's statement.
"Touch her all you like, just don't do any permanent damage to her. She'll have a role to play after she's broken, and I want her in good condition to play it."
He nods and heads out of the room. As he does, Matthias sits down, resting after all the rowing he did. "Hey." He looks up at her after a while of recuperation. "I-uh, I wanted to thank you... For, you know, rescuing me."
Ard wasn't sure if going through the portal with the staff would close it behind him, so he let the others go first while he put on Caranthir's armour, cleaning it of blood while he was doing so.
She puts her Sword from her back and against a Table and looks over her shoulder. "Dont mention it. I was able to help, so I did. Besides You brought me all this way here, so consider Us even"
Trista take bottle of vodka and drink a gulp to ignoring pain. Burning throat reminds her what she living for. "I can take it, don't worry about me." She said and with Gustav support enter the portal.
Seeing the female mage enter, Mirellia steels herself and follows behind shortly. She keeps her hands on her trusted weapon, ready to draw in case hostiles waited on the other side. She takes a deep breath, before stepping inside the portal.
Stepping through the portal, the group finds themselves in a place quite different from the area they came from. Picturesque and alien, they look at buildings far more advanced than even those in Nilfgaard. The others have no idea where they are, but Ard is keenly aware that for the first time in a long time, he's home.
"You say that, but it hardly compares, does it?" Matthias chuckles, before blushing. "Well..." He looks around nervously. "I thought... Maybe I could make it up to you."
"The same thing. Do as you please, but try not to leave her permanently mentally scarred." The blonde elf, hearing the words of Lutz's emplyer, laughs mockingly into her gag, seemingly dismissing the idea that Lutz could break her mind.
{Will there be some picture of elf?} "That's... troublesome assignment. How much time do I have?" Lutz asked.
"Nice place..." Varrin started looking around, both to get familiar with their new surroundings and to search for any nearby enemies.
"I take we still aren't in our world... are we?" Mirellia said as they saw the strange city. Before basking in the sights, she looks around cautiously, just in case any hostiles were nearby.
(Sorry, I was sure I'd already attached it. I guess I just copied the image but never pasted it. Doh!) "Indeed, but I would have thought you'd be up to the task." She looks at Lutz reproachingly. "You have plenty of time. This estate is owned by a friend of mine, so there's no risk of being interrupted. As for her friends, the ones powerful enough to help her wouldn't care if they knew that she's missing, and the ones who would care are in no position to rescue her."
"Well..." He smiles back, charmingly if not confidently. "Life as a witcher has got to be pretty hard, right? Living on the road, there's not much time for...stress relief, I'd imagine." He blushes harder, but meets her gaze. "Why don't I help you with that? Make you feel good?"
