Trista take her sword and without wasting any time, she jump to kill him. "I warmed you, don't try anything foolish." She just said to stop his magic from spreading.
As she slashes, the elf raises his hands, bonds frozen to ice. Her sword collides with the ice, and the bonds shatter, freeing him. @asddas193 @moonblack @unisol_gr44 The elf stands, tearing away his gag. "Time to die!" Ice magic appears in his hands.
Ard stood from his seat, drawing his sword and conjuring a ball of ice of his own. Launching it at the half-naked elf, he closed the distance.
"What in the world." Mirellia gasped, dropping the last of her meal as she attempts to draw her sword. She then lunges aiming at his throat, hoping she could make it in time before the elf's magic activated.
She shooks her Head "I Hero would have been there in Time and safed You from having to be in this State. You have a Place to go?"
"Crap!" Varrin cursed as he drew his sword and moved to flank the elf while the others attacked him frontally.
Maybe his magic is powerfull, but he still have bounded legs and he is bare and alone against multiple oponent. And Trista stand right before him, so she didn't waste any time, only bunr wave of fire by Igni in his face and next she stab him in chest.
Lutz didn't like it. Interrogating a witch, was one thing - but aside from that, he wanted to stay as far away from them as possible. Magics, he did not understand. He did not trust them... What has his boss gotten into now? Could she not stay with the usual stabby thing the nobles did? The cape and jagger? Why go into domain of wizards? Lutz walked to his tools and started putting them in order. He knew too little about the situation to offer any advice.
With no way of defeating the onslaught in front of him, the elf retreats. Ice slams through his shoulder, fire scorches his back, and Varrin and Mirellia both manage shallow stabs into his back as he runs away. Heavily wounded, he does the only thing he can: Jumps off the edge of the hill. The group watches as the elf rolls and bounces harshly on rock and hard earth. Finally, he tumbles to the bottom, bruised, burnt, penetrated by ice and steel, and with a piece of bone jutting out of his leg, but still alive. Using a healing spell to take the edge off the worst of the damage, the elf begins to hobble away.
The lady looks at Lutz. "She could be bluffing, but I'm not sure I can take the chance. Do you have some way to ensure her compliance while we're in public?"
Lutz nods his head. "It will take some time, and it would break the orders about keeping her mind intact, but yes." What he meant, was that he would break the woman.
Verena searches her pocket and gives The Women 20 Silver. "Here this will get You a Room for a Week."
Varrin pulled out one of his throwing daggers and looked at his sister. "Do you have a spell that would ensure this dagger would find its mark? Considering the distance I am not certain I can hit the guy without the aid of magic."
Trista put sword on her back and started climb down the hill, carefool moving down. No way that she would jump from such hight, ewen for witcher it could end badly. (By the way, I was thinking they are still in the cave, not on top of the hill)
Mirellia clicked her tongue as their captive escaped, "I suppose we should chase after him. But that would also be time consuming, as we need to move quickly, before the ambush is sprung." She said with her usual cold tone.
The lady simply nods her head in assent. The elf gulps, breathing out "You can't just take my word for it?"
The blonde shakes her head, finishing her vodka. "I don't want yer money." She belches. "Take me with ya. I'll help you...hic...fight monsters, and shit."
(Sorry, my mistake.) "Throw it." Isabella nods. As Varrin lets his dagger fly, he feels it being unnaturally directed, until it hits the elf in the back.
