Eanne listened carefully, nodding along and making mental notes – there was no way to know when this sort of thing would come in handy. “I see... very interesting... I can tell you are quite passionate about your work...” The noblewoman commented with a smile when the professor finished her explanation. “As enjoyable as talking to you and learning about the things you do is, let us move on to the main reason I am here...”

Before concentrating on mother, one last time. Elena turned of the brainwashing device and released the daughter. "Mistress..." She started. At this level, the subject would only accept suggestions of members of the Jade order, not straight orders. "You came so much that you almost lost consciousness. Why don't you allow me to finish pleasuring your mother in a little game she set up, and turn away anyone who would interrupt your mother's pleasure. Just, please, Mistress, if the lord was coming, quickly let me know." With that, Elena returned to work.
"So we've found our killer. We just need to find out why our killer was involved..." Arkhis remarks, going back over the security footage to try and work out where the insectoid might have headed off to after leaving the apartment.

With another farewell, Yannika returned to the palace to check up on how things were proceeding on Lave V.
A lot of the science goes over Eanne's head, but she manages to note down the general areas of interest to Isabella. "Yes, yes." Isabella nods. "The taxes, I understand."

"Good. But first." Vizelle then produces two collars, complete with leashes. "I take it you know what to do? It would be odd if your prisoners looked too clean, no?" She said as she hands the collars to Xi Fei.

The cardinal grins and smacks her ass as she leaves. Spoiler: Awareness Roll D100: 10 (Fail) Yannika encounters nothing of interest besides admiring glances as she makes her way back to the palace. Heading to a secure communications room, she finds a hologram waiting for her, displaying Rhaiya, the priestess smiling. "Yannika! Good to see you."
A little more secure, Elena returned to brainwashing the lady, with both the machine and her psychic abilities.
Yannika smiled at the hologram of the woman. "Sister Rhaiya, likewise. I just wanted to call and check in on you and the rest of Lave V, see how you were doing. I've talked with a cardinal, and he'll see to it that the Archbishop and Cardinal that you people beseeched for help will be punished for their failures. How's sister Barra? Has she recovered yet? How've you found the Sect of the Sapphire Hearth, is there anything I could help you with?"
