This is something I've been rolling in my head for a while, ever since I stumbled upon this art project a few years ago: https://www.deviantart.com/jackdamonkey/gallery/62108006/dr-bimboid. But it wasn't until reading the backlog of the Marvel canon where I came upon this brief Captain America arc from the early 90's (https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Superia_Stratagem) that I started to work things out more in detail. In a brief summary of Superia Stratagem: The titular supervillainess envisioned herself as the founder of a potential future where a post-apocalyptic US known as the United Sisterhood Republic, where an army of women seized power. To attempt to make this future (Which exists in the Marvel multiverse, btw) Superia assembles hundreds of women, many with super-powers, on a private island that she believes will join her in becoming this supposed conquering army. As she's pitching this future to this massive group, Superia is also engineering a bio-bomb that would sterilize most of the outside world, theoretically giving all on the island a political advantage to ensure the survival of humanity, while a captured Cap (And C-Lister Paladin) are unconscious in pods and being subjected to "feminization" treatments to be turned into women. How my take on this would diverge is that the two anti-heroines Asp and Black Mamba would fail to rescue Cap (Also, Cap's superhuman immunity would fail him to reject the pod's sedation of his body; that might be a little trickier to reconcile for comic sticklers such as myself). In addition, I will probably have to reconfigure Superia's fanatical misandry, at least to the point where the Bimbofication aspects of this concept doesn't make her seem like too much of a hypocrite; at least to an extent where you can follow her train of logic. At the moment, I'm thinking the Bimbofication could double as Superia knocking out any threat against her mission, as well as to grow a steady stable of horny and happy breeding stock for her future society. The TG would first be introduced by Cap and Paladin (Though, side-note: I'm thinking of just swapping out Paladin with Falcon. It depends if I ultimately choose to have Sam be among the attempted rescue parties later) having their procedures come to fruition, and the Bimbofication could first come from Asp and Black Mamba being subjected to it once they are caught and their sabotage prevented. Primarily, I have the Dr. Bimboid premise above as my through-line; one Marvel hero (or heroine) after another is subjected to this transformation. But to both prevent things from getting repetitive as well as to flesh out the premise, such moments could be broken up with Superia and her minions carrying out her master plan. I have not settled yet on a definitive endgame, but I am not averse to United Sisterhood Republic actually coming to fruition. And the "Femizons" that Superia assembles on this island is a wide cast of characters; there is a lot of material to mine off of how any one of them feels about Superia's plan or any of them finding themselves in a tremendous position of power should said plan succeed. If I chose to follow the canon more closely, the Avengers line-up at the time of this arc included Iron Man, Black Panther, Wasp, Black Widow, and others. I was primarily thinking of initially using characters who would make sense to be responding to a rescue mission of Cap, such as the Avengers, but I have also considered a possible way to get in less involved but still big figures, such as Spider-Man or Hulk, could be to hand-wave that Superia's agents managed to abduct them beforehand and are already on the island, about to get Cap's same procedure with the intention of enlisting them into their breeding stock before Superia's bomb goes off. It's all pretty niche, but hey if you clicked on that title and read through it up to here I will assume you are alright with that. Are there any questions or input, and who should be the first hero on the list after Cap?
Well, you didn't consider my boredom in all this, did you? Jokes aside, I'm rather ok with gender change, not so much with bimbofication which I despise with all my heart and soul. So, I'll pretend I didn't read the word bimbofication and carry on like that from now on. I think all those choices are valid, given due premises. Mine would be either Iron Man or Black Panther, because I like the idea that they are armored superheroes, and guess what happens when you strip them down of their armor? I'd say that also the default Cap is good enough, being a sort of buff guy(gal) with a costume and a cartload of morals. Also, can't say I'm overly familar with Marvel canon, but isn't Wolverine a little out of place in that bunch btw? Don't know how much room you have, but if you want to make things fit, you can make the pod use hypnotic sedation(it really does exists), that should bypass any biological resitence give by powers.
That's perfectly fair, as I actually have my own fair share of problems. The transformation, yes; the identity death that so often features, no. What I usually aim for is some middle-ground where the subjects/participants are still themselves, but through some unseen form of coercion be it a hormone/libido surcharge or slight mental conditioning, eagerly and enthusiastically subscribe to their new role and form. But there's no distinct description for that that I can find, so I often still use "Bimbofication" as a shorthand. Wolverine has been in circulation with a given Avengers roster for the past two or so decades, since his inclusion into the New Avengers earlier in the new millennium. That's actually a great suggestion, thanks.
Didn't really mean to derail the discussion into "let's discuss what's bad about bimbofication", so I'll just hold my tongue. I just wanted to express where I come from because I find it to be more honest. There is probably more than I though it to be under the umbrella of "bimbofication", glad to know it's not all about big silicone breasts and small bird-like brains anyway. He's too a good candidate. I mean, canon Wolverine looks are far from sexy (short, hairy, angry), but with endless tissue regeneration its female counterpart could be the perfect fuckdoll for rough play, if that's anyone's cup of tea. I don't know about his powers failing to protect him from this transformation process though, maybe you could go with gender alternate cloning for this one?
