Lorena frowns. "I hope that I will also be on the list of individuals too important to lose? I am technically part of Markus' operation." She sighs. "Damn, I'd assumed that what was happening had nothing to do with me." She sends her fellow lieutenant a message. "A warning, he has a strong psionic blocker, and bodyguards, so be careful." An hour or so later, one of Lorena's servants informs the two of them that Jett has arrived, and is waiting in a conference room. Through security footage, Vizelle sees the man waiting, multiple professional looking bodyguards at his side.
"Difficult to say. That said, a woman that private likely spends most of her time at home." Dubernay guesses.
“Most likely, yes,” Eanne nodded in agreement. “Well, thank you for all the help, madam, but it's time for me to leave you to your work. Hopefully we'll see each other again later. Until then please be careful and take care.” Eanne gave the madam a warm, friendly smile.
Dubernay returns the smile, lifting Eanne's hand to kiss her knuckles. "The pleasure was all mine. Like I said, you're welcome back any time, for pleasure or business, and I'll make sure to make myself available to you if you come up with another lead." She stands aside, so Eanne can exit.
(That works.) "But of course. Why else would I have come here?" Vizelle grins, "As I said. I value my people, especially those that show results." The sorceress hummed, sending a pleasant jolt of psionic lust toward Lorena. "And don't worry. If he's as smart as you say he is. He'll accept my offer... or perish along with Marcus." She grins, as she continues psionically pleasuring the brothel mistress until her guest arrived. Seeing Jett through the cameras, Vizelle stands up, putting a barrier around herself as she entered the conference room. "Good afternoon, nice to finally meet you." The sorceress grins, sitting down in front of him. "You're wondering why I called you here, no doubt. So I will cut to the chase." She said as she crosses her stocking-clad legs. "I want you to join me. Or perish along with the Cold Moon."
The business oriented gangster gives a hearty chuckle at her words. "I've heard many opening pitches in my day, but that's one of the most...direct." He pours a glass of liquor, and offers her another. "I can't help but be intrigued. Shall we start with who exactly you are?"
“I look forward to it.” Smiling, Eanne headed out, accompanied by Bec. “Let's head back, then I will decide what to do next.”
They make it back to the ship without issues, Delphis and Penelope waiting to see to any needs she has.
Vizelle grins, leaning back against her chair. "I am Vizelle the black." She introduced herself, placing a sound proofing barrier around the room. "Currently, there has been an attempt on the Emperor's life. And I am in a position to direct the Empire's wrath at a target. A shadow organization who has been slowly growing in strength, a group which has its hands on all sorts of "distasteful" dealings, and a gang who just happens to span across a whole galaxy." The sorceress grins, "To be honest. I am merely using this opportunity to destroy the Cold Moon without using any of my men, or resources." She cooed, looking into Jett's eyes. "Now, you must be wondering why I'm telling you all this? Well, it's simple. I adore skilled people, and it would be a waste to have you gunned down. I'm sure you're aware. Standing your ground is suicide, as I doubt you can match the firepower of the Emperor's army. And running away is simply futile, as they will be on high alert, enough to ensure that any ship that leaves will he thoroughly inspected for anything out of the ordinary." Vizelle said as she leans forward, "So, join me and continue on with your life, maybe even reach higher peaks. Or you and your men can die a dog's death out in the streets." She smiles, "And you can think about killing me, but you see. That would only be another nail on the Cold Moon's coffin."
Now then, how should I approach this mysterious Lady Ahn? If she is more than just a pawn, then she likely won't be happy if I just go to her and begin questioning her. Hmm, I think I will start with finding out more about her home and her family. Then I should try contacting Duke Chernobog and see if he would be willing to tell me anything about her... Eanne decided after a bit of consideration.
Jett holds up a hand. "Please, let's not talk about death. I do find that it sullies the sight of beauty." He smirks, seeming unfazed. "Alright, I suppose you make something of a point. How do you intend to keep me alive, however? It's public knowledge that I'm a lieutenant for the Cold Moon, as is Lorena, who I'm assuming has already turned."
Thinking about it, Eanne knows that as a noble, Ahn's family is a matter of public record, and Dubernay should be able to get info about her home. Duke Chernobog, of course, is easy to contact, as she knows where he lives, and has his holo number.
"Fufu. Glad to see you're interested. And yes, she's quite unhappy with your current leader." Vizelle grins, "And as for how I'm planning on keeping you two alive. I'm not. After all, it would be hard to keep track of a full scale battle. Some corpses just might get burnt to a crisp, to the point that no one can identify it." The sorceress giggled, "So, will you join me, or will your real body be the one turned to cinders?"
"How could I not be?" He flashes a charming smile and ogles her body, though as he does, Vizelle is reminded of Melfi's warning that Jett acts oafish to lure people into underestimating him. "Not keen on the prospect of faking my death, but it's hard to say no."
"Fufu." Vizelle giggles, acting flattered as he ogles her. "Well then, it would be my pleasure, to have you join my organization." The sorcerezs hummed, adding a tinge of psionic lust into her voice, which would cause anyone that heard it to grow aroused. "Now then, I'm not quite a slave driver as to ask someone to work for me without payment. What is it you want in return?" She grins.
Elena glances at the woman then looked back at the Emperor. "The rebel forces were defeated, but the situation is still tense." She looked over the wound. "What is the status of Emperor? Can he be moved?" She asked.
"Not as much of a pleasure as it is for me, I assure you." He grins, downing his drink, before pouring another, and moving down the table to sit next to her. "I hope you don't mind, I like to keep an 'informal' relationship with my bosses and underlings alike." Looking down, she can see that the man is hard. "Glad as I am to be joining you, though, faking my death will cause some issues for me. I'll lose my legitimate businesses, for one, so I'll be needing cash to make up the difference. Troops too, to keep people in line."
First Eanne sent a message to madam Dubernay asking her about Ahn's home, then started looking through the public records about Ahn's family. After that she would contact the Duke.
"H-He'll...need a prosthetic hand, but his condition is stable. He's concussed, as well, but he should be waking up before long." The blue doctor responds, timidly. "He can be moved without danger, though he should avoid subsequent head trauma, or physical exertion, at least for a little while. The palace doctors can replace a hand, but even they can't replace a brain."
"Hmm. So you're not fond of my plan then?" Vizelle acts in a hurt manner, before smiling. "Well, no matter. I can think of a few ways to tweak it." She cooed, leaning back to let him admire her body. "Plan B, or so they say." The sorceress licks her lips, "Will be for you to come with me to the palace. And report to his Majesty how you were actually my double agent right from the start."
