Possible to link to survey or add poll question?

    I'd like to add a survey or poll to the beginning of my stories. Is it possible to include a poll question or a link to an external survey like SurveyMonkey?

    Adding a link to an external site like a link to CHYOA Guide - Chapter Formatting is possible.
    If you want a link that looks like the link in the previous line, you find the syntax for that on the linked page.
