Just curious, (and bitching) is trolling a problem on this site? I really enjoy TG content, and have been in a good mood to write a bit of it in my story. However, someone just went through my story and dropped 1/5 ratings on everything I wrote that included TG related content. No feedback. Just the ratings. Pissed me off. I know this stuff happens, but I guess this is my first encounter with a troll as a content creator. I'm not going to stop writing, or anything drastic like that, but it irked me.
We had a rather famous troll for a while, but he has since been removed from the bridge he lived under. He still lurks as a reader, but can no longer add. It Other than that one poor soul, I don't think there are that many on here.
I suppose I didn't expect it was a relevant problem, I was mostly just miffed. That said, my curiosity has been piqued. Could anyone tell me who this troll is?
Our lurker (Yes, I have confirmed on another site that he does still Lurk) is Timmy "TJ" Church. A.k.a Rippitydoo, A.k.a tnadnuder, A.k.a rOmanHoliday, A.K.A. a whole bunch of other names. He has been banned from this site, forum and all. He was recently banned three times in one week from Literotica's forum. He occasionally makes appearances on other forum sites and usually it doesn't end well. For him. I doubt we can confirm who is giving you those ratings, but I wouldn't be bothered with it if I were you. It is probably the same person doing all of them. That is one person out of a whole site full of people and if your work is good, the other readers will put more ratings up that will show how your work really is.
Yeah, I'm not really too worried about the ratings. I was literally just complaining to get it off my mind. Thanks for the info though. It's odd to think that there's a troll who's actually gone out of the way and made a name for themselves by trolling.
He has done quite a bit of trolling, both at the old chyoo, Literotica forums, and for a short stint here. He finally was brought to the attention of a certain site where the members like to troll people like him. He didn't take news very well and tried to troll them back. That ongoing struggle has been quite .... Interesting.
Call me intrigued I never had any personal encounter with Church, but I've seen enough of his posts and whining to know that I don't want to. His barely-veiled insults in his story submissions against other writers were always treats to groan over.

Yeah I've seen this guy around back in the day and after studying his work I have this theory. It might be a little far fetched, but hear me out. Here at CHYOA we are blessed. Pretty much every single author who consistently posts here, be it guy or girl, has a wonderful personality. Now inside each and everyone one of you authors would be your dark side which never gets to control you. Rude, hideous, and filled with malice this dark side also really sucks at writing. So what happened was all of your dark sides escaped your bodies and banded together. TJ Church is basically the physical manifestation of all of your dark sides combined. He became the profound darkness that set out to destroy everyone by bombarding people with bad threads and frustration. Nevertheless ladies and gentlemen, as many were able to witness the fine community ended up banding together to slay the profound darkness, and it worked. That was a beautiful day that will go down in the CHYOA history book. Future generations will recall this great victory and go "GEE I WISH I WAS ALIVE IN THIS ERA!" So in the end little did you guys know that as you were writing for various stories, you were a part of an epic tale yourself.
Oh. My. God. It makes perfect sense. And I must share this tale with another place that fights that darkness as well. I am a bard after all, and it is the duty of a bard to share good tales and epic ballads. You my good man, are a genius. Thank you for pointing out this truth that we all missed!
Now I have to ask, what name(s) does this particular troll use in the Literotica forum? Is he the "Real_American[insert number]" moron? Because he was getting banned and coming back with the same name and simply using a number one higher than the previous one for a long time. I think he went up from RA11 to RA16 in one day.
I had seen some impatient crankiness from that handle but it had been so long, I hadn't thought to make the connection.
Yep, that's him alright... I have had numerous problems with this asshole back on Literotica for the past 6 months. He always posts little bitchy comments in the Celebrity section on every story he reads. It's always the same old "you're stupid and missed a comma" or something of that matter. In one comment, he literally called himself a "great writer" comparing himself to another author who had numerous stories posted, when he don't have a single story posted, talk about an egotistical prick. I've had enough of it, cause it seems I can't go a few weeks without him coming to my stories and doing the same crap. I hope he eventually is banned from Literotica, as he was rightfully banned from another Celebrity oriented story site, for doing the same thing, harassing another author (arguably to the level of stalking) I honestly had no idea who this person was, until they started attacking my stories. I was told just last night, who this person is and his LONG history. I'm sorry you've all had to deal with this idiot. I know it's maddening as hell.
