Does anyone else treat erotica writing like an occupation?

If only I could get paid for erotica writing (and editing) as much as I can at my day job.

 

No, I've got a GED I'm trying to earn and a new job. I'm too busy for a third occupation. I haven't been diligent with writing since I'm trying to turn my life around.

 

Honestly yes and no. Yeah, I want to quit my job and write all day but realistically speaking that isn't possible. Writing has just been always something I do now when I got nothing else to do. Like a passion project of mine. I feel more satisfied from pushing out an update for one of my stories than getting off from work.

 

I'm not being paid for it, so no. I like to think of it as a hobby I aggressively pursue to distract me from other things.
