Reoganize chapters

I don't suppose there's a way to do this given how the site is set up but is there a way to reorangize how selection at the bottom of a chapter are? Like it would list 1 2 3 but wanted to shift 3 to the top.

Probably not short of nuking all the chapters and redoing it.

I'll point it out in PMs later. What I'm basically trying to do is shift info/guideline chapters either to the top or the bottom just to make it easier on readers. Thanks
