Yes, but first, whoever was cancelled must take an honest look at why they got cancelled. Although sometimes cancelling happens to innocent people, often cancelling happens because someone actually did something bad. But nearly everyone who has been cancelled assumes they are one of the innocent ones and doubles down on their offensive behavior. They might say, "Sorry, not sorry" and continue offending.
