After cheating for the first time it's common to be filled with a sense of guilt and self loathing, cutting of contact with the person they had affair with is par for the course especially if the person was a stranger.

So instead of waiting for her dissatisfaction to grow overtime slowly, leading to her cheating again. I sped up the process and had the reason for contacting the futa again to be more serious. This also leads to her confronting her husband on her own terms instead of the other way around.

This also raises the stakes and gets more emotion involved in the story. The pregnancy also gives a nice reason for the couple's further fall into debauchery. With the women now wearing the pants in the relationship, also being effected by her increased arousal due to the pregnancy, she has little control of her lust as she proposes more and more depraved acts for the couple.
