It's true! I was just curious that's all. I'm sure there are some fun RPers on Omegle, but they're few and far between. It's certainly not someplace that I'd go to get any kind of enjoyment. Of the dozens of RP sessions, I attempted....None of them really went anywhere. However, it was a fun experiment.

Depends on what you're looking for. Some of the best looking stuff is Otto Maddox at Eyeronik Comics, but that's a little niche. Sites like Renderotica are legit, but the contents are a real mixed bag, so it can be a crapshoot.

My [Quest] story has already hit a minor snag: How to describe an average, ordinary day while still trying to keep someone's attention.
People go to an erotica site to get their kicks. Once a (generally small) core group of people lose interest it's very hard for a quest story on this site to recover in any meaningful way.
Eh, the primary reason i decided to put the [quest] story on the main site rather than the forum was to A. get more input(because Quest stories the forum typically only get 1 or 2 people playing along) and B. to sort of obligate me into keeping up with it.
You can always add some sort of random event to the otherwise-ordinary day. It doesn't even have to directly affect the main character - it can be something random (like a failed theft attempt she sees) or something unusual she witnesses (possibly an event that hints at things that might happen in the future).
I should probably just publish the first chapter of this quest story that's been sitting here for two months...
I suppose most stories on the site eventual fall into a "disappointment burger" as they slowly get abandoned by their contributors and people who care to read the story.
The problem with these types of stories is that they require CONSTANT work. Which at one point or the other, becomes impossible due to different reasons (real life, readers impossible choices, lack of inspiration, etc.)

I haven't quite worked up the courage to post it yet. I'm not going to dissuade you from participating Nemo, but it IS a mind control story and I don't have rules against Non-Con nor qualms about the story going in that direction if that's what The Masses want.

It's a possession story kind of like Hvast's SexualRPG one. I was thinking of doing one before he started his, but he kind of beat me to it. Then I decided to do the Grand Empire campaign, then I got bogged down at work. It'll be done siteside to hopefully maybe get some more interactivity.
Things have been crazy at work over the last couple of weeks.Next week should be going back to normal.
Ive concluded that i'm the only person at my place of employment who's willing to work. Im lucky to get two days off(even when i'm to get 3)

I understand. And - its not all bad, if you're appreciated. But, it might also be a good time to dip your toe into the water of 'no'. Its a good long term skill to have - being able to say no. Just a thought.

All this activity in the RPG section is making me feel like I want to start up a Fantasy RPG. Something a bit more D&D-like.
That feeling when your boss is angry at his employees and you're too new to be the cause of his frustrations.
They didn't follow proper protocol with the cash registers which caused my day and the previous day's transactions to be registered on the same day. They forgot to stock the refrigerator where the drinks are near the registers and there were roughly half a dozen instances of a product being in the wrong location causing inconveniences with the customers.
