I'd say get the main story started ASAP. This is the Internet, only 1 in 3 readers ever make it to chapter 2, so your first chapter needs to be a real attention-grabber. Maybe you could insert them later on, though, when your readers have already gotten hooked?

For my sanity, I could put in a "skip prologue" option, with a quick sum up of the events of the various prologues.

FU and CNC are negotiated beforehand. They are not spontaneous. So in this scenario if they had agreed the man could fuck her whenever he wanted that’s FU. If they had a scenario where he would bang her and she would pretend to resist that’s CNC. Otherwise it’s either just sex if she doesn't resist and rape if she does.

Yeah, the main difference is that while both are consensual sex-play, CNC is at least pretending to be forced but in FU there is no resistance as the other person just lets it all happen. Sometimes FU even looks like "bored sex" where the other person looks like they are ignoring being fucked.

Everything has been invented and intentionally trying to avoid something simply because you want to be original, is going to limit your writing greatly. Sure, don't completely copy someone, but there is a lot of wiggle room between "I just took Twilight and put my name on top with a sharpie" and "I went through every single book and short story ever written to ensure that my story is totally new."

Subverting tropes is great! It's fun to do and fun to read... but you shouldn't overdo it. Play most tropes straight. Only subvert or otherwise mess with a couple. What if LotR's orcs were actually Enlightenment-style scientists? What if you could exceed the speed of light by traveling a stable, constructible wormhole? What if you set this hardboiled neo-noir story in a contemporary high school?

I will say something else that's gotten to me lately, aka seeing my favorite stories sit untouched for weeks at a time with no new chapters can get depressing lol

Oral sex is a thing. So is any penetration where they are on the receiving end. So the logistics of an eunuch in a sex scene are not the issue. Mainly the story reasons are a bigger question. Why is the eunuch in the story? What is in it for them?

Oh! That's not hard (no pun intended!). Eunuchs are sterile, but not necessarily impotent. Or, even if impotent, can pleasure their partners in other ways. It becomes less about their need for release, and more about focussing on what their partner responds to - perhaps even guiding or coaching those responses - for example, a eunuch guard preparing a concubine for their role.

All the time. I have a ton of scenes written that way that I've never published, for this exact reason.

Most of the big franchises have enough dreck that any random fanfic will probably be middle of the pack in terms of quality, so don't worry about number 2.

All the time. It's a big part of my process, and I have mountains of unpublished stuff on my drive for that reason.
