    How to write a mystery?

I was thinking of writing a mystery story on here. I'd like it to feel like an actual game where you collect information, draw conclusions, and can mess up, but I'm not totally sure how one could actually do that. How would you handle it?

    Online Adventures

Online Adventures (https://chyoa.com/chapter/Introduction.296786) isn't really something I'd call a story yet. It actually started with me trying to do it as a part of something else, but it quickly took main focus, and I made it its own story. It took a long time to get all of the loop...

    Can You Display a Variable?

Not one of the customization variables, I mean. I was practicing in a draft, and wanted to have a variable, height, but when I tried to display it in the same way as {first_name} by putting it in brackets. Is there a way to do this, without having an absurdly long chain of ifs?
