That's a lot of text for a header that's already pretty bulky. I'm not a UI designer (not even close!), but I'd probably condense the current 4 buttons into a single dropdown menu instead. And there there can then be separate buttons for favourites and bookmarks.

Reducing the indentation depth would help too. I have a user script that changes it from 30px per level to 15px, and that feels a lot better to me.
