I see it a bit too. I just add them and favorites to my mental folder as reminders some folks do care at least a little. I have gotten pretty liberal with likes myself since I started writing. I know how much a crave them and suspect others do too :)

I'm beginning to feel like I'm writing just to post chapters and that's causing me to create a lot of 'fluff' or 'filler' material. I'm going to slow down a bit and see if that doesn't help some.
