Right now, there is unfortunately no way to reorder chapters that I know of, other than deleting and re-entering stuff (not an option in a lot of cases). I believe there is a highly voted suggestion to that effect at the below link... hopefully it comes to pass some day...

Every now and then I see a chapter title pop up that makes me feel like I've got to click it, just because it's so wacky, unusual, sexy sounding, or just serves as a good hook that makes me wanna click it, even if I don't know the rest of the story context yet. Would anyone like to share one...
