I'd like to write more, but I'm barely keeping pace as it is.

Have not met my writing goals today, might miss a couple chapters. But we'll see what I can do.

Yeah, it's easy to get pigeonholed. I do think *kink creep* is a thing, where writing vanilla sex pales after a bit and things creep toward different kinks as a way to add a bit of spice to a story.

I enjoy writing about lots of kinks and I cannot lie, but there is truth to the idea that you cannot please everyone, or squeeze every kink into a story. What do you writers think - is it better to incorporate a lot of kinks in a story, or focus more narrowly on one or a few kinks tightly tied...

This is still in the works, just finished chapter 3, but I sort of want to finish it, maybe polish a bit before I start posting.

I have written about the prep, and people have complained. Which was surprising, since I don't normally get a lot of feedback. Maybe I'm doing anal scenes wrong.

In my modest experience...it depends on how you're doing the branching. There are some folks who write stories which has a main linear branch and then there are side-branches that are all still referring to the events of the main branch. In that case, the branches are dependent on each other...

I think there is a sensitive and intelligent way to include sexually transmitted diseases, even incurable ones, into an erotic narrative. Maybe the first chapter starts with the heroine catching HIV and then the story is dedicated to them trying to find love while navigating that experience...

There are 667 chapters. (+96) The longest branch is 32 chapters deep. (+1) There are currently 452 chapters to be written. (+75) I'm thinking when chapters-to-be-written hits 500 I'll raise the threshold again, just to keep the number manageable. I don't want to start capping branches yet.
