Goodness, you are write about CHYOA on AO3. Thanks for fact checking me idk where I got that from. I also got off my lazy ass and found this resource for getting around the mechanical limitations. Pushing the limits of what allowed on ao3 : r/AO3

This looks really interesting. I'll try to give it a go when I have time~

Back from a long hiatus

Great suggestions, I tend to enjoy putting my notes in draft chapters so that they remain on the CHYO websites for ideas on where I want to bring the story. This might have to do a great deal about which type a story you're writing. But I tend to treat old stories that I return to here on CHYO...

I can provide some additional tips beyond the advice about tags, but the tags are crucial. Disclaimer, I am unfamiliar with the experience of posting original worlds on AO3, within fandoms however choosing to post in English, and a large active fandom have a major influence on the traffic, and...

Hey, how is the discord going, is it still active?

Wow, how's the development of the game going?

The Article: EROTIC LEGENDS AND NARRATIVES IN CHUUK, MICRONESIA A brief summary: This article was written to help analyze and explain some of the local mentality around sex and sexuality on the island of Chuuk and some surrounding islands. Some unique features of the culture which I found...

Hopefully, a place for anyone to share erotic folklore they know about please share, I'd love to see some more! Was doing research on some pacific island folklore for a story and found a gem of an article. It was both really interesting from a cultural perspective, and also exposed that some...

Oh, that's interesting! Glad to hear that you've had some success!

I haven't really come for enough in the story I published for people to be interested in adding to it. And I'm pretty new here too. But I have added to other stories so perhaps that will be useful information. The stories I tend to like to add too already have a lot of chapters. The first time...

The Alchemist sold only three copies the first month it was quietly introduced to Brazillian book stores. If I recall correctly the first buyer bought a copy in the second week. And the two other books were bought by the same man when he returned the day after to buy two more. I'm sure the...

Personally, I think spacing out the published chapters is a good idea, I find it kinder to the readers because it offers them an opportunity to discover the story and get round to thinking about clicking on it, while also offering more opportunity to the author to receive feedback through views...

lol, sorry. Let's call you experienced ;)

Thanks, I'll check it out!

Oh thank you for the clarification

You guessed right. That's nice to hear that, Also I'd be interested in hearing what software you use for your outline. I only like to write on a recreational basis but have a bad habit of turning stories into heavy plot. Anyway, the chapters that usually grab my attention on this site are the...

Great thanks! Lol I couldn't even read when it was published! Edit: I'm surprised this site even still exists!

@gene.sis If it's ok, I'd like to ask you about tentacle sex and it's presence on chyoa. I've been a bit hesitant to ask, because I personally enjoy all types of tentacle sex no matter if the tentacle can give consent or not. And I'd hate to see so many chapters that are personal favourites of...

This sounds fascinating, was this a paperback or online? By the way, I love all sotires that takes an outdone clichee with overconfident protagonists and fokuses on solving all the problematic issues caused by these sex-crazed MC. IT's an emerging genre, at least in the chinese webnovel world...
