I tend to use some rough and fun onomatopoeias in this situation, and the suggestions here are solid for general description.

It's better for a new author to write sex. Go for it. Dive in. Get nasty. Figure out the characters you're using, and then figure out which of them are banging and why.

I think you're creating a problem where there isn't one. If CHYOA is treated as more of a suggestion than a rule, that should be okay. After all, the reader comes to the site... and chooses an adventure! Maybe they choose a very linear adventure. In that sense, we are all on an adventure...
