beastiality

Here's my conundrum. So the bestiality rule states no sex is allowed with a creature that can neither choose to consent or communicate consent. This is all well and good and fits for male human - female animal sex. But what about nonconsensual female human - male alien creature sex? My question...

As the title states. Does the beastiality rule apply to mythical/fantasy creature and monster and if not/if it is, does that still apply if that creature/monster have an intelligence (being able to talk or interact with what you say or do)?

So I am a pretty knew writer and still getting used to the quirks of this site. I saw every time while making a new story that bestiality, underage sex and extreme violence is not allowed which I am completely fine with and I think its fair. So the story I am currently writing is a fantasy...
