It appears there are several locations where, if you hit enter, it publishes the chapter instantly instead of moving down. I keep having to delete my drafts and recopy them to remove the accidental publishing when I just meant to edit the draft. Especially bad if this happens in the middle of an...

I am an idiot. Some of my chapters are published and some aren't. Do moderators automatically publish chapters, or am I supposed to click something that puts it up for review?

I thought I'd published the beginning chapters to my story, but it now says, "In Review." Do stories have to be reviewed by the site admins or something? Is there a config page or something for each story? If so, how do I get to it? I'm sorry for asking, but I'm new to all this.
