Both the story "Futa 101" and the author "4dfigure" just bring up the error screen now. Not sure if the author deleted everything, or maybe a moderator, but on the slim chance it was a glitch or the like instead, I figured I'd mention it somewhere in the forum here. Definitely looks like they took it down/left the site. There is a snapshot available, but not sure how much was saved.
Yes, seems like the story owner deleted the story and their account. Must have happened very recently.
